Martina Heinsen is founding partner and in charge as managing director. In 1988 she passed the exam with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University in Hamburg and then started her career in audit and business consulting at one of the currently known as “Big 4” international audit and consulting practices. After a secondment to the transaction advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP in London in 1997/98, she established this practice area in the Hamburg office. In 2001 she became Partner for audit and transaction advisory services. In 2004, after 16 years with Ernst & Young, she founded her own audit and advisory practice.

She has a wide experience in providing audit and advisory services for all kinds of needs to national and international operating clients of different sizes and industries (such as maritime businesses, logistics, manufacturing companies particularly in the chemical industry and engineering and production of machinery and equipment as well as enterprises in the music and film industry). She uses her competence and experience for Audit and Assurance Services which include business plan reviews for restructurings or other planned M&A transactions, valuation, purchase price allocation as well as support in the application of international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS and US/UK-GAAP).
